Are you an experienced RN Manager with a background in **Labor & Delivery** ? **Trinity Health** is seeking a passionate I **nterim L&D Nurse Leader** to join the team at MercyOne in Des Moines, Iowa.
As Interim Nurse Manager, you’ll provide 24/7 leadership and oversight for unit operations, including direct supervision of staff (20%) and administrative responsibilities (80%). You’ll drive clinical quality, support staff development, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. This role requires a focus on continuous improvement, patient safety, and team engagement.
**Requirements:**
**Active Iowa RN license (or compact)**
**Minimum 3 years of L&D Manager experience**
**Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required**
**BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWOHNN Advanced**
