A leading UK-based multinational company undergoing expansion is seeking to appoint a temporary People Lead.

Role Overview

• Temporary role to cover a Maternity Leave (8-month contract).
• Must have experience working in startups, building and growing HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local People contact for all general employee queries and HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with local law.
• Coach and empower managers to handle people issues consistently and effectively.
• Guide organisational change and restructuring processes, advising on best practices and local legislation.
• Support company communications for the Spanish market to ensure cultural alignment and understanding.
