Financial Reporting Analyst

Summary: The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and standardization of financial reporting and closing processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to improve monthly closing timelines, develop reconciliation tools, and support the integration of systems and procedures across subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the finance team to implement more efficient methods for completing key closing tasks, with the goal of reducing closing days.
• Reconciliation Development: Implement reconciliation working papers, ensuring alignment with team expectations and accounting standards.
• Accruals & Estimates: Post and follow up accruals and estimates as needed to support the closing process, and perform monthly follow-ups to validate accuracy.
