Intermediate IT Asset Management Technician

Airswift is seeking an Intermediate IT Asset Management Technician in Calgary, AB, for a 4-month contract. Focus on IMAC activities while managing the lifecycle of end-user devices.

The IMAC & IT Asset Management Specialist will execute critical tasks for installations, moves, and changes while ensuring that asset records are accurate and compliant with ITSM standards. This role requires adept coordination and a methodical approach to asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute device installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC)
• Perform equipment refresh and ensure proper documentation
• Manage asset inventory and conduct audits regularly
• Handle device provisioning for new hires and transitions
• Ensure secure management of devices and data
