Intern (ABE Science Officer), Informal Science Programmes (Jul - Dec 2026)

Intern will assist and conduct both general Life Sciences workshops as well as specialised workshops under the Amgen Biotech Experience programme. They will also assist in lab work including preparation of workshop materials and lab setup, as well as other departmental admin and operational needs. Intern will also have the opportunity to assist educators with lesson development.

• Week 1: Orientation, Sit-in classes, Explore the galleries, Science Centre website
• Week 2: Sit-in classes, Do basic experiments, Learn to set-up/clear-up classes
• Week 3: Sit-in classes, Prepare basic materials for workshops independently, Set-up and clear-up classes
• Week 4: Conduct a mock class with the Science Educators, Co-conduct classes with the Science Educators
