Opportunity Description
You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under Human Resource, Compensation & Benefits Team, working full-time from July 2026 to December 2026.
Job Responsibilities
1) Benefits Conduct research on market-specific regulations and practices across various countries. Benchmark findings against Mapletree’s existing employee benefits to support ongoing review and enhancement efforts. Develop ways to communicate existing or new benefits to employees. Support marketing efforts for the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Update medical guidelines on the intranet as needed, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for employees.
2) Policy Support Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure handbooks and policies are updated in line with government regulations. Assist in drafting or reviewing employee policy documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
