Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions.
- Assist with managing both Recruitment portal (Job Street, LinkedIn etc.) & school career portal (Local education institutions).
- Register employees for training programs and workshops.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives.
