Design and Development of Operational Improvement Tools for VantexB and VantexBX workstation

Applying AI-related approaches and techniques to improve Fab10 Manufacturing Dry Etch Dielectric team operations. Develop end‑to‑end solutions from data query, pre‑processing, analytics and result visualization.

• Gain understanding of hardware and system used in semiconductor dry etch process
• Get acquainted with preventive maintenance procedures
• Expose to current practice of external repair
• Familiarize with Dielectric team operations
• Contribute to establishing a system to better facilitate repair loop process for equipment’s faulty repairable parts
