Position Responsibilities
- To assist on daily QA monitoring and food safety related matters.
- Handle, review and evaluate product complaints as per procedures.
- Compile all QA relevant activities on a scheduled basis for management review.
- Assist in outlet registration to related governmental bodies.
- Support product complaints handling effectively and process complaints in a uniform and timely manner, including investigation, resolution, and reporting of all product complaints.
