• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Familiar with LMS functionalities: user management, course setup, enrollment, reporting
• Basic understanding of e-learning formats (e.g., SCORM, video-based learning, assessments)
• Experience handling data, spreadsheets, and system integrations (e.g., HRIS to LMS)
• Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Lark, Excel/Sheets, backend systems)
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
• Able to analyze reports and identify trends or issues
• Able to work cross-functionally with L&D, Operations, HR, and Regional Teams
• Able to do instructional design or content structuring
