• Process Development & Improvement
• Assist in mapping and documenting existing O&M workflows (e.g. preventive maintenance, corrective works, service reporting, client updates)
• Support development of standardized process flows for solar maintenance operations
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to enhance productivity and consistency
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for internal team and contractors
• Workflow Automation
• Support automation of routine O&M tasks such as:
• Service report generation
