What would you be doing?

• Assist the WCS team in various activities throughout the lifecycle of a new or existing transaction from opportunity inception to execution of first drawdown of program. Interns would be expected to:
  • Conduct financial analysis of client’s financial statements, leading to an internal credit rating used by the bank to determine credit appetite and pricing of programs.
  • Analyze receivables portfolios and cash conversion cycles of clients to determine their working capital requirements and identify opportunities.
  • Assist the deal principal in structuring and formulation of WCS solutions to meet the client needs.
