Internal Collision Advisor

Overview

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Collision Advisor to support the coordination of internal and vendor-related collision repair and accessory installation work. This role is responsible for managing the flow of in‑house and sublet repair services, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time to support both retail and sales vehicle deliveries. A successful Internal Collision Advisor will work closely with the Sales Department, Collision Centre, Technicians, Parts Department, and external vendors to coordinate repairs, accessories, and vehicle preparation activities while maintaining strong communication throughout the process.

• Coordinate sales requests for in‑house Paint Protection Film (PPF), windshield replacements, box liners, undercoating, and other accessory installations.
