About The Job

Job Responsibilities

• Single contributor role
• Draft, review and negotiate on a host of documents, agreements and contracts
• Provide legal advice to management and supporting the business on a variety of employment and commercial issues to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise on legal risks and potential liabilities, offering strategic solutions to mitigate risks
• Manage and keep custody of contracts signed by the Company
• Handle legal aspects of client agreements and disclosures
• Manage and negotiate contractual relationships with service providers and third parties
• Assist in resolving of disputes
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• LLB degree with 8 to 10 years of work experience in corporate law
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
