- Facilitate planning projects, confirming scope, uncovering of requirements, and managing change. Monitor & track project progress against the budget, timelines and quality.
- Participate in the tracking of testing & deployment activities, including Third-party vendor management.
- Provide detailed project plans, budget forecasts, and schedules, deployment approach, work activities, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies for each assigned project.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Manages cross-team and cross-functional dependencies for the team.
- Coaches and mentors team member adoption of agile methodology.
- Assists the Product Owner in keeping the backlog groomed.
- Works with other scrum masters to ensure ways of working are consistent across teams where possible.
- Works with Program Management in managing risks & raising of impediments.
