Internal Technical Sales Support Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically minded Internal Technical Sales Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with an electrical or electromechanical background who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and working closely with a field sales team.

You will become a key point of contact for incoming technical enquiries, helping customers identify the right products and solutions for their industrial or manufacturing environment. Working alongside external sales engineers, production and engineering teams, you’ll provide timely, accurate and commercially aware support that ensures an excellent customer experience.
