At ING we are looking for bright talent for the International Talent Programme – IT Track. Just graduated from a Ms and talented? Join the ING International Talent Programme. The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years. During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank. In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas: Banking Skills, Personal Growth, Professional Development. In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 Global events where all trainees come together to learn, network and develop themselves.
