International Tax Manager

A global organization is seeking a Manager, International Tax to join its corporate tax team. Reporting to the Director of Tax, this role will support international tax compliance, tax accounting, and global tax planning initiatives across a multinational business.

  Lead preparation and review of U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 5471 and 8858

  Support quarterly and annual tax provisions related to international operations under ASC 740

  
  


• 
  

  Manage calculations and reporting for GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, and foreign tax credits

  
  


• 
  

  Draft technical tax memorandums for tax compliance and accounting positions
