• Providing Level 1 IT on‑site or remote support to all end users in Eden Schools, Eden Centres and AAS HQ.
• Providing day‑to‑day IT on‑site support, troubleshooting desktop, laptop, MacBook, iPad, printer, projector and with Microsoft 365 tools (OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, etc).
