Inventory Associate

Job Description

The Inventory Associate is responsible for overseeing inventory levels at third-party logistics (3PL) providers and ensuring that inventory is tracked accurately based on the company’s requirements and transactions. This role involves close coordination with 3PL teams to resolve issues, monitor performance, and ensure stock levels are accurate.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across 3PL facilities.
• Work with the 3PL provider to ensure that stock is properly received, stored, and tracked in the warehouse.
• Regularly reconcile physical inventory with digital records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Communication and Coordination with 3PL:

• Resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies with the 3PL provider.
