- Monitor and record daily inventory transactions (receiving, transfers, returns, and dispatches).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Maintain accuracy of inventory records in the system or logbooks.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and report issues to management.
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Prepare and submit inventory reports (weekly/monthly).
- Label and organize items properly in storage areas.
