About the role
Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor accurate stock inventory records and update stock movements
- Monitor stock balances and reconcile physical inventory with records
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing departments on stock discrepancies
- Support stock audits and ensure proper documentation compliance
- Coordinate logistics activities including deliveries, shipments, and inventory distribution
- Assist in formulating invoices for leasing and sales of materials and assets
- Ad hoc assignments as required
About you
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Meticulous, detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
