Inventory Data Entry & Documentation Specialist

Job Description
A client of ours is looking for help with a digital transformation project involving data inventory.
This role involves entering inventory information into an online system, labeling materials accurately, and gathering all required documentation. They will input raw material inventory data into an online inventory management platform, accurately label each raw material according to company standards, collect and organize documentation related to raw materials (e.g., certificates, safety data sheets), enter inventory details into Microsoft Power Apps for tracking and reporting purposes, maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure compliance and traceability and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
