Inventory Executive

We are looking for a detailoriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage material stock support warehouse coordination and ensure accurate documentation of inventory for our building materials division.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records for all incoming and outgoing building materials
• Update and manage daily stock register manually and/or through software (Excel or ERP)
• Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams for dispatch and delivery tracking
• Conduct physical verification of inventory and report discrepancies
• Label and store materials properly ensuring easy identification and access
• Handle inventory reports and assist in monthly/quarterly audits
• Follow up with suppliers or vendors for delivery timelines
• Assist the accounts team in material reconciliation as needed
