Opportunity Description
- The Inventory Team Leader is responsible for supervising the inventory team and ensuring accurate stock management, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise daily activities of inventory staff, ensuring tasks are carried out accurately and on time
- Oversee stock receiving, recording, storage, and dispatch processes
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams for replenishment
- Train, guide, and motivate inventory staff to improve efficiency and performance
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, safety standards, and company policies
- Prepare and submit inventory-related reports and updates to management
