Investment Analyst/Accountant-Logistics Asset Management

A new start up asset management venture in Dubai is looking for an Investment Analyst/Accountant with experience in investment feasibility modelling on real estate assets (particularly warehouses). The ideal candidate will also have some exposure/understanding of SPV/fund accounting for such assets.

Skills

Analytical skills will be tested at the interview stage and at least 2 years of relevant hands on experience is required for the role. The person will be working with the deal team in respect of due diligence and acquisition of assets, monitoring and managing assets from a modelling/accounting perspective.

The role will be based in Dubai.

Salary up to AED25k + discretionary bonus and medical insurance.
