Investment Associate: M&A, Due Diligence & Modeling

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking an Investment Associate based in Manila, who will source and evaluate investment opportunities and conduct financial analysis. The ideal candidate has a degree in finance or related fields and over 4 years of experience in private equity or investment banking. Key responsibilities include leading due diligence, preparing investment memos, and assisting in investor reporting. Strong skills in financial modeling and project management are required. This is a full-time onsite role, Monday to Friday.
