Opportunity Description
The Investment Manager drives global growth through M&A, partnerships, market entry, and expansion initiatives. Working closely with the Investment Committee, this role leads international deals from origination to final investment decision while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop international growth strategies through M&A, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Build business plans and financial models, and assess regulatory, geopolitical, and compliance risks tied to international expansion.
- Lead financial, operational, and legal assessments across target markets, including analysis of country-specific policies, trade regulations, and economic environments. Communicate findings and risk reports to senior management.
