Remittance & Reporting Report and remit monthly activity and ensure compliance to portfolio requirements. Monitor and manage necessary investor updates. Complete monthly custodial account reconciliations. Conduct due diligence of loan documents and servicing agreements to ensure proper loan setup. Identify and manage high-risk remittance and reporting situations promptly and analyze the deficiencies according to risk and the potential impacts. Recommend courses of action based on the outcome of the applicable research. Plan and schedule own workload to most efficiently meet deadlines, prioritizing according to risk and urgency. Maintain a high level of commercial real estate investor reporting expertise, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate terminology.
