Position Title: IOR/EOR Pricing & Vendor Executive

Working Location: Raffles (walk distance from MRT)

Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)

• Manage end-to-end IOR/EOR processes for international shipments, including coordination of pricing and documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery.
• Review and maintain accurate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Prepare and submit import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on pricing requests and shipment-related enquiries.
