Role
The Buyer Growth team drives top‑of‑funnel growth and first‑time buyer success. You will partner with product, data, design, and marketing to build experiences that attract new users and turn them into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale critical growth initiatives such as onboarding flows, referral systems, sharing, promotion, and rewards hub.
