WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• Strong technical background in software engineering, systems, or digital platforms.
• Proven experience in roles combining technical leadership and agile coordination, such as Scrum Master in complex programmes, Delivery Lead, or Tech Lead with cross‐team coordination responsibilities.
