IPR Director: Lead Patent & Trademark Strategy (Hybrid)

Metsä Group is seeking an IPR DIRECTOR to lead its central IPR function in Espoo, Finland. In this role, you'll shape how intellectual property creates value across our businesses and innovation portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include managing the Group's patent and trademark portfolio, developing IPR strategy, and leading collaboration with external partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive IPR expertise and proven leadership experience.
