The Information Systems Support Technicain is responsible for providing first-level to intermediate technical support across multiple departments, ensuring the reliable operation of network infrastructure, computer systems, telephony, and security systems. This role supports both local and corporate IT initiatives, maintains system performance, and delivers responsive solutions to technical issues while aligning with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver responsive help desk support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, phone, camera, and printer issues across multiple locations.

Manage and resolve support tickets, prioritizing based on business impact.

Install, configure, and maintain PCs, operating systems, and software, including imaging and upgrades.
