- Domain Controllers and Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux Platforms)
- Network Monitoring (Ping Plotter/Wireshark)
- IT Assets (Software/Hardware)
- Cloud-Based PBX (SIP)
- NAS (Synology)
- Email Exchange (Gmail/Webmail)
- IT Documentations (Diagrams, Plans, Reports and Knowledge Base)
- Troubleshooting Solutions (Desktop, Network, VOIP and Server Related)
- Directly reporting to the ICT Manager
- Working on PCI DSS compliance
