Opportunity Description
As a IT Asset Engineer at Penumbra, you will play a critical role in determining the company's long term goals. The IT Asset Engineer supports employees with information technology equipment requests and issues related to end-user hardware and asset management. This role maintains accurate and timely records of IT assets within the organization’s IT Asset Management (ITAM) system and assists with tracking hardware inventory throughout its lifecycle.This role will partner with cross-functional IT teams to support equipment provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and retirement activities. This position helps monitor asset-related incidents and contributes to identifying recurring issues, escalating trends as appropriate.
