IT Assistant: End-User Support & ERP Helpdesk Expert

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is looking for an IT Assistant to provide application support to users, including MS Office, Windows, and Glovia. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, training users, and managing vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience in at least two technologies and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of networking and security is required. This position is based in Singapore.
