IT Associate

is an entry-level position that provides assistance and information to users facing technical issues with specific products or services. It serves as the primary point of contact for both hardware and software support, handling inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring timely resolution. IT Associate will address tier I issues and upgrade more complex problems to tier II and III support.

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
