Roles and Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with key stakeholders, business process owners, and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze and document business needs, problems etc. Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements and participate in creating solution design and development, and defining delivery timeline.

2. Manage Customer Expectations: Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders and business process owners to achieve a win-win solution given the constraints on resources and skills, time and other priorities, as well as cost.

3. Project Management: Identify, manage, and resolve resource and other constraints, risks, and issues all throughout the project lifecycle and operations. Provide regular status reporting for multiple stakeholders.
