IT Business Partner

Job Description:

• Act as a liaison between business users and IT / ERP / data teams to gather, understand, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Manage stakeholders by communicating project progress, performance, and IT service delivery updates to both business and IT teams
• Oversee project execution by monitoring scope, quality, timelines, and ensuring delivery aligns with agreed requirements
• Support business continuity by handling and coordinating escalations related to IT service delivery
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
• Work cross-functionally with business teams, IT, and vendors to ensure solutions are delivered properly and address real business needs
