Your job mission:

The IT Business Process Manager (m/f/d) is part of the Quality Assurance (QA) team and acts as a link between business and JTI Global IT teams to ensure business can meet established objectives in a timely manner. The post holder is responsible for, but not limited to, maintenance, and improvement of the laboratory data acquisition system QIMS (Quality Information Management System).

QIMS is designed to cover quality assurance processes for all QA laboratories in JTI and quality control processes for all JTI production plants.
