They strategically plan, execute, and supervise international projects that extend across four continents and encompass over 190 countries. Currently, they are in search of an IT Customer Engagement Specialist aligned with a specific service offering within the CEE business unit. This role involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional sales administration services within the designated service offering.

DUTIES:

1. Communicates and consults with prospective and existing clients
2. Resolves client queries and concerns
3. Processes quotes and generates orders
