Opportunity Description
The IT Delivery Manager provides on-the-ground leadership for our Abu Dhabi IT teams. This pivotal role ensures consistent delivery throughput high-quality standards and strong engagement with local and global stakeholders. You will act as deputy for Papendrecht-based team managers working closely with IT Services IT Data Services IT Cyber Risk Management IT Support and local service/infra teams. The Abu Dhabi IT team currently consists of over 40 members and continues to grow.
Your responsibilities as an IT Delivery Manager are:- Lead and coach Abu Dhabi IT teams on behalf of the team manager responsible.
- Foster communities of practice (Applications Data Automation QA/Testing DevOps) to standardize ways of working.
- Manage dependencies across teams and with Papendrecht track delivery predictability and value realization.
