About the Role

The L12 Field Service Engineer will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for IT systems and end-user devices. This role is ideal for candidates starting their technology career or those with 2-5 years of experience in IT support or field services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic repairs.
  • Troubleshoot OS-related issues (Windows / macOS) and common applications.
  • Provide basic network support (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, patching).
  • Install and configure software as per company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.
