- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails and instant chat messaging tool, etc.
- Support event and video conference with understanding knowhow and break fix.
- Support and troubleshoot desktop technology and applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Provide the general concept for reporting and dashboard.
- Maintain proactive communication with senior executives for quick resolution and follow‑up plans.
- Be a fast learner on new technology with a data‑driven approach.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow‑up of all incidents.
- Manage a cross‑country team that is passionate, high‑performing, and ready to take ownership; overtime may be required for emergencies, projects, or VP support.
