Position Description:
• Leadership and Team Management: This position will be responsible for leading the IT department and focusing on continuous improvement while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Strategic IT Planning: The IT Director is responsible for executing and developing a strategic IT plan that focuses on security, scalability, and efficiency and aligns with the organization’s goals.
• Technology Oversight: The IT Director must be up-to-date with emerging technological trends and analyze their possible impact on the organization.
• Budget and Resource Management: The IT Director will oversee the IT budget and ensure the cost-effective allocation of resources. This includes negotiating with vendors and managing the procurement processes for IT services and equipment.
