• Define needs and coordinate with external vendors or support teams.
• Provide 24x7 Level 2 and Level 3 support for IAM solution operations.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to enhance system performance and availability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, changes, and processes.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for users on assigned applications.
