Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations & Maintenance : Responsible for the daily inspection, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security and IT hardware within the vault, including safes, access control systems, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, UPS, networks, and servers.
- Preventative Maintenance : Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans for security equipment to ensure stable 24/7 operation and provide timely responses to sudden failures.
- Asset & Procurement Management : Manage the selection, inquiry, procurement, acceptance, and asset ledger of security and IT-related equipment, ensuring cost control and supplier quality management.
- Procedures & Emergency Planning : Assist in formulating vault entry/exit procedures, equipment operating standards, and emergency response plans, and participate in regular drills.
