We are seeking a proactive and detailed-oriented Junior IT Support Engineer to join our brokerage firm. This role serves as a critical link between our front-office trading operations and our regional IT infrastructure. In this position, you will bridge the gap between technical troubleshooting and regulatory compliance. You will ensure the IT operations align with MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines. Given our regional structure, business-level proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate seamless collaboration with our Taiwan Head Office on system deployments, localized IT policies and technical documentation.Entry level candidates with a strong technical foundation and a passion for fintech are highly encouraged to apply.
