Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT operations, setup, and support services, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, printers, and end-user assistance.
- Maintain and manage IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal system performance.
- Implement and monitor backup procedures, disaster recovery plans, and cybersecurity controls, ensuring regular testing and compliance.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Deliver prompt and effective technical support to all staff members.
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT asset issuance and recovery, hardware/software setup, and user account management (creation, modification, and deletion of system and email accounts).
